AMAZING JOY

“Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven”

- Luke 10:20

A man was hospitalised with a rare, crippling disease. When he was diagnosed as incurable, he checked out of the hospital. Aware of the harmful effects that negative emotions could have on the body, he reasoned the reverse was true. So, he borrowed a movie projector and prescribed his own treatment. It did not take long for him to discover that 10 minutes of singing and joy provided two hours of pain-free sleep, and amazingly, his debilitating disease was eventually reversed. Dear youth, do you know that joy is curative and can improve your health? So, no matter what challenges you are going through, always avoid moodiness and gloominess, and remember that there is no greater joy than being joyful in the Lord, especially as your name is written in heaven. What amazing joy!
